Knox service cannot be added to proxied Ambari (through Knox) because master password field is readonly

    Description

      The problem occurs when you have an Ambari instance proxied through Knox and trying to add a Knox service on it.

      The problem is due to bad encoding of < and > symbols by

      PassAllHeadersNoEncodingDispatch dispatch used by Ambari
