[KNOX-1085] Incorrect rewrites of the History and ApplicationMaster URLs in YARN

Description

Hey,

Deployed onto two differetnt version of bigtop with 0.14.0-SNAPSHOT and 0.13.0 builds. Neither seem to work (didn't go back any further).

Currently if i'm in an application in the Yarn UI and i click a link for the History Server for a Spark Application I get the following link:

https://dataplatform-knox.static2.ceng.dunnhumby.cloud/gateway/sparkui/spark/history/application_1508695954179_0001/1?user.name=anonymous

However this is the link that i should be getting.

https://dataplatform-knox.static2.ceng.dunnhumby.cloud/gateway/sandbox/sparkhistory/history/application_1508695954179_0001/jobs/

I can see the differences:

gateway/sandbox/sparkhistory/history/
vs
gateway/sparkui/spark/history/

but couldn't figure out whether this was a misconfiguration on my part, vs an actual bug. Happy to fix if it is a bug (although may need pointing in the right direction)
