Description

When installing some features using the Cellar's cluster command, Cellar or/and Hazelcast are restarted. While the cluster is restarting, cluster commands are unregistered, and commands fail until the cluster is ready again.

This happens both with common features like http, or custom ones using for example activemq and jms dependancies (see attachment).

Also in attachment, the log files of 2 Karaf instances.
