Major Description
Version 4.2.9 threw errors on start up with JDK 13.0.1, the release candidate hangs on windows on first start up. Just to point out how important this is, I am trying to Adopt Karaf at my company, and it does not help that it does not run out of the box.

64-Bit Server VM (build 13.0.1+9, mixed mode, sharing)apache-karaf-4.3.0.RC1 hangs under the above JRE.
