Description

The camel collector utests are failing due to:

estIgnoredEvents(org.apache.karaf.decanter.collector.camel.DecanterEventNotifierTest)  Time elapsed: 0.016 sec  <<< ERROR!
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/xml/bind/annotation/XmlRootElement
