[KARAF-6402] ConfigMBean should reflect config:edit command for factory

Description

The config:edit command accepts -factory and -alias options to easily create empty configuration factory (alias is optional and then a UUID is generated).
This is not possible via ConfigMBean.
It should provide operations similar to config:edit command.
