Description

1) Specify environment variable and values. For example adds a line to the wrapper.conf like set.JAVA_HOME=/java_root

2) Allow includes to be specified. For an instance put some standard settings that would like included and so put those in a separate JSW.conf file, then add the statement #include xxxx.conf in the generated conf file. This also makes for a good way of separating config interests
