[KARAF-321] karaf shell script does not work with mingw and whitespaces in path

Environment

windows, using mingw

Description

1) install mingw
2) checkout trunk (or karaf-2.1.x)
3) mvn clean install
4) tar xvvf apache-karaf-xxx.tar.gz
5) mv apache-karaf-xxx.tar.gz apache\ karaf
6) cd apache\ karaf/bin
7) ./karaf (this will throw exceptions because of class not found, directory not found ...)

Solution

apply attached patch and start from 3 again (should work now). I've tested it with my linux installation and it works there. Can someone with cygwin give this a shot?
