Blocker Description
The installation of the webconsole feature fails, and refresh the shell console:

A workaround is to first install the war feature, and after the webconsole feature:
karaf@root> features:install war karaf@root> features:install webconsole
I will review the webconsole feature to see who's the cause of the refresh.
