Minor Description
This issue is quite simple to reproduce: apply the patch: reproduceError.patch to current master, run mvn clean install in the assembly project and you should get the same error as attached in errorMessage.txt
IMHO this should not happen this way, or should at least be commented with a meaningful error message.
