bin script is not Unix executable in the zip distribution

            Description

            Now, on trunk, we provide two archive files (tar.gz and zip) containing the same distribution.
            If the tar.gz is fine for Unix systems, the zip file is not correct: the bin/* scripts don't have the executable flag for Unix.

            As some users may use the zip or tar.gz files on Unix, both archives will contain the same thing.
