[KARAF-1952] Allow Karaf monitoring using host:port

Description

Currently, to be able to monitore Karaf (for instance in jconsole), we have to use the service URL looking like:

service:rmi:jmx:///://hostname:port/karaf-root

To simplify the monitoring, it would be great to support directly hostname:port.
