Description

I merged PAXWEB-297 and PAXWEB-298 in Pax Web 1.0.x branch. These issues affected CXF and Camel (especially with CXF 2.6.x in Camel 2.9.x).

I'm going to cut off Pax Web 1.0.11 and Karaf 2.2.x should use it.
