Minor Description
Currently, the expired-token-cleaner scheduler is automatically started up when the delegation.token.master.key is set.
Providing this new property to enable/disable this scheduler would allow the developers to manipulate expired tokens externally by themselves, and Kafka process does not need to spend its resource to clean up the expired tokens, which is not the main feature.
