Description
When running a long-lived Trogdor cluster, we care about various information regarding the health of the cluster. Some of which include - number of active agents, number of RUNNING tasks, number of PENDING tasks and potentially others.
Currently, in order to get some of this basic information, the user needs to query the REST API. This is manual and tedious work
We should implement some of these metrics in the Trogdor Coordinator so users can monitor them in a nicely-setup dashboard.
