Description

Add integration tests for leader election command. Some cases that we should cover:

1. unclean using --all-topic-partitions
2. unclean using --topic and --partition
3. unclean using --path-to-json-file
4. preferred uusing --all-topic-partitions
5. command with --topic but without --partition
6. unknown topic partition
7. missing --election-type
8. missing topic partition selection no: --topic, --partition, --path-to-json-file or --all-topic-partitions
9. invalid broker list
