[KAFKA-7855] Kafka Streams Maven Archetype quickstart fails to compile out of the box

Description

When I follow the quickstart tutorial and issue the command to set up a new Maven project, the generated example fails to compile. Adding a Produced.with() on the source seems to fix this. I've attached the compiler output.
