Description

KIP-305 added several new primitive converters, but placed them alongside StringConverter in the ...connect.storage package rather than alongside ByteArrayConverter in the ...connect.converters package. We should move them to the converters package. See https://github.com/apache/kafka/pull/5198 for a discussion.

Need to also update the plugins whitelist (see KAFKA-7043).
