Description

Connect currently does not expose any information about the Kafka cluster it is connected to.
In an environment with multiple Kafka clusters it would be useful to know which cluster Connect is talking to. Exposing this information enables programmatic discovery of Kafka cluster metadata for the purpose of configuring connectors.
