Description

KAFKA-5191 recently added a new MetricNameTemplate that is used to create the MetricName objects in the producer and consumer, as we as in the newly-added generation of metric documentation. The Metric.toHtmlTable method then takes these templates and generates an HTML documentation for the metrics.

Change the Connect metrics to use these templates and update the build to generate these metrics and include them in the Kafka documentation.
