[KAFKA-549] ConsumerOffsetChecker does not deal with hostnames published in zookeeper

Description

When configuring the broker using the 'hostname=' property in server.properties to publish hostnames in zookeeper, the ConsumerOffsetChecker can't parse the hostname from the zknode

The attached patch changes the host regexp to match hostnames as well as ip addresses.
