Description

The initial code for the transactional producer leaves the implementation of `initTransactions`, `beginTransaction`, `sendOffsetsToTransaction`, `commitTransaction`, and `abortTransaction` empty in the MockProducer. We need have some implementation there so that our mocks stay healthy.
