    Description

      Currently, deleting topics does not delete committed offsets. Thus, the reset tool need to modify offsets of internal repartitioning topics that are actually deleted.

      With KAFKA-2000 in place, this is not required anymore (ie, this ticket does not apply to 0.10.2.0.)
