Description

The URL for installing vagrant in the AWS init script is not longer valid (https://dl.bintray.com/mitchellh/vagrant/vagrant_1.7.2_x86_64.deb).

We can use this instead: https://releases.hashicorp.com/vagrant/1.7.2/vagrant_1.7.2_x86_64.deb
