Skip duplicate message size check if there is no re-compression during log appending.

    Description

      In Log.append(), if the messages were not re-compressed, we don't need to check the message size again because it has already been checked in analyzeAndValidateMessageSet(). Also this second check is only needed when assignOffsets is true.
