Accelarate consumer rebalance in mirror maker.

    Description

      In the new mirror maker in KAFKA-1997, the bootstrap rebalance time became longer because there are more zookeeper consumer connectors doing rebalance serially. Rebalance would be faster if the bootstrap of ZookeeperConsumerConnectors are parallelized.
