[KAFKA-17869] Tests for clients ensuring KIP-1076 doesn't affect existing metrics

Description

We should have a test in which we try to remove some actual client metric (best one test for each client, ie, consumer, producer, and admin), and verify that the underlying client metric was not removed.  Also should test calling remove with non-existing metric will not raise an exception.
