    Description

      ServerSideAssignorBenchmark and TargetAssignmentBuilderBenchmark both have the same topics and members configuration, but they have separate implementations for setup.

      If we refactor the benchmark classes to use common setup methods, it will be easier to add new configurations to both benchmarks at once and introduce the heterogeneous case to TargetAssignmentBuilderBenchmark.
