    Description

      Summary

      To begin with create just the RemoteDataExpirationThreadPool and move expiration to it. Keep all settings as if the only thread pool was the RemoteLogManagerScheduledThreadPool. Ensure that the new thread pool is wired correctly to the RemoteLogManager.
