Description

PR-11417 introduced thread leak detection for QuromController event queue thread. Later, PR-13390 changed conventions around thread names used in Kraft. Unfortunately, the thread-leak detection bit wasn't updated in the latter PR.

We should update TestUtils::verifyNoUnexpectedThreads to instead check for event handler thread leaks by checking for the "event-handler" suffix.
