      That allow us to run the reassignment tests.

      Also, we should enhance setNumBrokerNodes (https://github.com/apache/kafka/blob/trunk/core/src/test/java/kafka/testkit/TestKitNodes.java#L81) to accept extra argument to define the number of folders (by setLogDirectories)
