Description

Some producer metrics such as buffer-exhausted-rate [1]are missing from the documentation at https://kafka.apache.org/documentation.html#producer_monitoring 

Hence, users of Kafka sometimes don't know about these metrics at all.

This task will add these (and possibly any other missing) metrics to the documentation. An example of a similar PR where metrics were added to the documentation is at https://github.com/apache/kafka/pull/12934
