    Description

      The MirrorSourceConnector class should implement the new alterOffsets API added in KIP-875. We could also implement the API in 
      MirrorCheckpointConnector and 
      MirrorHeartbeatConnector to prevent external modification of offsets since the operation wouldn't really make sense in their case.
