Description

DefaultPartitioner got deprecated as part of https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/KAFKA/KIP-794%3A+Strictly+Uniform+Sticky+Partitioner#KIP794:StrictlyUniformStickyPartitioner-TestResults.  Also, MockProducer doesn't seem to call .onNewBatch, which means it doesn't really trigger partition switch.
