    Description

      After introducing `KStream#repartition` in KIP-221 (https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/KAFKA/KIP-221%3A+Enhance+DSL+with+Connecting+Topic+Creation+and+Repartition+Hint), it makes sense to deprecate `KStream#through` in favor of new operator (see voting thread for more context: https://www.mail-archive.com/dev@kafka.apache.org/msg107645.html)
