[JXR-189] Dynamically calculate javadocLocation/testJavadocLocation

Description

After MSHARED-1327 we need to dynamically calculate where (Test) Javadoc report resides. Unless an explicit value has been provided.
The calculation considers both standalone mode and site mode.

Also, for consistency reasons the parameter javadocDir will be renamed to javadocLocation as done with XRef in other plugins.
