      Description

JXPathContext implements leniency inheritance, but JXPathContextReferenceImpl
directly uses the "lenient" class member instead of calling "isLenient()".

This breaks leniency inheritance and is currently a blocker for Cocoon's Woody
      component which heavily uses subcontexts.
