      Description

      JXPath automatically creates attributes if the element already exists, but does
      not call AbstractFactory.createObject() if the element does not exist. This was
      noticed when using xpath statements to create a DOM model.

        Indeed, NullPointer would call the parent pointer's createPath when creating a
        child, but not when creating an attribute.
