ref JUDDI-780

the UDDIv2 spec states that a binding template must have a TModelInstanceDetails, however there is no requirement for a TModelInstanceInfo instance (0 or more)

in UDDIv3. "The tModelInstanceDetails structure is a list of one or more tModelInstanceInfo elements." (1 or more)

Obviously, this is a significant difference from v2 to v3. Either we need to change the schema and generated v2 code, or somehow adjust the validation rules based on the api version
