find service's minimum elements is incorrect

    Description

      we should be able to send in a request like this
      <findService xmlns:ns2="urn:uddi-org:api_v3" businessKey="uddi:juddi.apache.org:businesses-asf"></findService>

      in which all services for the given business are returned. Right now we get:
      Error At least one name, categoryBag, find_tModel or tModelBag or name must be supplied
