Review the following changes:

System.setProperty("javax.xml.registry.ConnectionFactoryClass","org.apache.ws.scout.registry.ConnectionFactoryImpl");
manager = new UDDIClerkManager(uddiClientResourceFile.getAbsolutePath());
+ // addClerkManager must precede manager.start() to avoid a race in jUDDI, do not change this order.
+ UDDIClientContainer.addClerkManager(manager) ;
manager.start();
