[JUDDI-294] juddi-samples.war has wrong persistence.xml first time after switching jpa providers.

Description

If you switch from hibernate to openjpa, the first build after the switch fails, but then things work fine subsequently. Somehow the juddi-samples.war is getting the persistence.xml from the previous run/war.
