Description

We have these values in our publisher table:

max_bindings_per_service | int(11) | YES | | NULL | |

max_businesses	int(11)	YES		NULL
max_services_per_business	int(11)	YES		NULL
max_tmodels	int(11)	YES		NULL

However we are not checking them. Either we start using them or we remove the settings. My preference would be to start using them.
