Description

Originally the portable JSPWiki (aka WOAS) was based on JSPWiki 2.8.x using Ant

• we are now on 2.10.1
• we migrated from Ant to Maven
• the native launchers for Windows & Mac OS X are outdated
• the embedded Jetty is outdated
