Portal Site Manager - Administrator cannot edit users pages.

      Description

      Interface kicks you back to root folder when using the Portal site manager to edit a users page as an administrator. This happens after adding a portlet to the page, when you click the "Go Back" option. The portlet is not added to the user's page and the view is returned to the root folder for the admin user.
