Description

The Page Manager component is not being found when looking up by name via the Jetspeed component manager. Instead, it will lookup by bean id.
This is intermittent error that seems to be forced to happen only under heavy load, when the page manager component reference is not set in the expected sequence of events, leading to NPEs.
