[JS2-858] The portlet application jetspeed-layouts provided for the upgrade IS WRONG. The database checksum= 2100573903, but the local=1130034728....THIS NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED

Description

I've changed jetspeed/decorations/portlet/decorator.vm in Jetspeed 2.1.3 and after that all pages of my portal was broken.
When I open any page it displays me 'Portlet Application jetspeed-layouts not available' instead of content

There is an error has written in deployment.log:

2008-02-20 19:20:16,485 [Timer-4] ERROR deployment - The portlet application <MyApp2> provided for the upgrade IS WRONG. The database checksum= 295970784, but the local=3889898721....THIS NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED

So, this error is written in this log for all portlet applications!!

I think, it's very critical bug, because all portal is broken!
