In several portlets...

I found bugs what displayed UNICODE when insert some value on input text that used another language was not english in DESKTOP MODE.

step)
1. portlet edit mode.
2. insert korean on 'input text'.
3. Display UNICODE in several portlets.

ex1) add User -> user details info
ex2) add role -> Role Tab of user management portlet
ex3) add group -> Group Tab of user management portlet

I found that insert unicode form PREFS_PROPERTY_VALUE Table.
