      Description

      Option to configure DB PSML from the installer
      When installing, present an additional question "Do you want to store PSML in the database?"
      If yes, configure the Spring configuration to use DB PSML, and run the DB PSML importer during installation

        This patch adds PSML import support to the installer. A checkbox "Store PSML in the database?" was added to the "Components selection" screen, with a default value "false". When set to true, it will import the PSMLs currently in the /pages folder in the jetspeed app.
