Description

The Site Manager is experiencing some Dojo UI misbehaviors:

1. The scroll-bar is no longer working. When it does appear, it overlaps the popup screens
2. The cursor is not displaying for popup entry fields
3. The buttons are un-readable (black on blue, should be white on blue)
